A VAT is not applicable - the price on the website is the price that you pay.

Q How safe are your bouncy castles for hire?

A Very safe! All our units come from Industry-leading manufacturers and are built to meet and exceed BSEN 14960 standards. Furthermore, all of our electrical equipment is PAT tested, and RCD adaptors and safety mats are supplied with every booking.

Q Is there a age limit on children who use the castles?

A Yes. All of our children's bouncy castles are suitable for children up to the age of 14.

Q Can you put the castle on my patio or concrete / tarmac drive?

A Sorry, we will only put inflatables on grass for heath and safety reasons.

Q How much time do I need to give for a booking?

A You can book at any time. Our booking system is live and up-to-date. Please remember that summer months are very busy, so book early to avoid disappointment .

Q Do you do both indoor and outdoor events?

A Yes we do. Our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor and outdoor events, although ceiling heights may restrict certain units..

Q Do you require payment on the day?

A All payments must be made before the event or in cash on the day before set up .

Q Can I arrange inflatable hire and charge per play?

A Yes you can, but we strongly recommend that you take out public liability insurance to protect yourself and your customers in case of accidents or injury.

Q Can you provide event staff?

A Yes, we can provide staff. Please ask for the cost of this service.
